1. Order Processing Time

We aim to get your grains moving as quickly as possible.

• Standard Orders: Processed within [e.g., 2–3] business days.

• Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Since large quantities of rice and dal require specific quality checks and heavy-duty loading, processing may take [e.g., 5–7] business days.

• Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provided in your proforma invoice.

• Standard Delivery: [e.g., 5–10] business days.

• Expedited Delivery: Available upon request for an additional fee.

 

3. Packaging & Quality Assurance

​

To ensure your rice and dal arrive in perfect condition:

• All products are packed in food-grade, moisture-resistant bags (e.g., PP bags or vacuum-sealed packs).

• For bulk shipments, we ensure the transport vehicle is clean, dry, and free of pests to maintain FSSAI compliance.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours.

 

5. Delivery Areas & Restrictions

​

• Domestic: We ship to all major cities and rural pin codes across India via our logistics partners.

• International: We currently do not offer international shipping.

• P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes; a physical address and contact number are required for all deliveries.

 

6. Damages & Inspection

​

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

• Visible Damage: If the bags are torn or wet, please mention this on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos.

• Reporting: Report any damages or missing items to our customer service team within [e.g., 24–48 hours] of delivery.

 

7. Undeliverable Orders

​

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.
